PRICES

Creativ Company (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend prices at any time and make corrections as necessary.

 

VAT

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate, unless specified (exclusive) (books are exempt from VAT).

 

SPECIFICATION OF GOODS

Every care is taken to describe and illustrate the products as accurately as possible. 
Colour charts are shown within the limitations of the printing process and actual colours may vary.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery to IE addresses is estimated at 3-6 working days. If possible all items will be dispatched as a single order, however if any item is “out of stock” this item will be cancelled from your order. 
All goods must be signed for on receipt of the consignment. 
If your goods have not been delivered after 10 working days please contact us immediately. 
Deliveries to educational establishments will only be made during the holiday period if we have confirmation in writing that there will be an authorised person to receive and sign for the consignment. 

 

RETURN OF GOODS

Unused, unwanted or damaged products may be returned in original packaging to us within 7 working days of receipt. When returning products please include your name, customer number and the invoice/delivery advice note number with the items – this information must be shown on the outside of the package.

Please DO NOT return goods without prior agreement. Any goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging.

Institutions may apply for an “credit account” after suitable credit application - please note 
suitable references and VAT number will be required – please call our customer service team

Delivery terms still apply. The discount code can only be used once and can only be used for purchases from www.cc-craft.co.uk. The discount code is redeemable in the checkout before finishing your order and cannot be combined with any other discount codes. The discount code does not apply to products already discounted.
