Paint papier-mâché masks with A-color All round medium glue lacquer and sprinkle with glitter. You may decorate the masks with sequin ribbon. Make dots using a foam stencil brush dabbed in glue lacquer. Sprinkle the glitter into the wet glue lacquer.

How to do it
