Plastic Christmas Baubles with Tissue Paper

A plastic Christmas bauble decorated with torn pieces of tissue paper attached with A-color Allround medium glue lacquer. A coat of A-Color glitter paint is applied and a pipe cleaner with faceted beads is attached on top for hanging.

How to do it
1. 
Tear small pieces of decoupage paper and tissue paper. Apply a coat of A-color Allround medium glue lacquer to the bauble and attach the small pieces of paper.
