Picture and bead charm

Create unique charms with beads, words and smiley beads and make them even more personal by adding pictures of friends, family or pets. Perfect for bags, pencil cases or as a key ring.

How to do it

Cut a piece of cord. The cord should be twice as long as you want the charm to be. Fold the cord in half to form a loop. Thread the loop through the carabiner and pull the loose ends through the loop. Tighten. Repeat with as many cords as you want.

Thread beads onto each cord and tie knots between some of the beads if desired. Tie a knot on the end of each cord. Tip: If the cord becomes frayed, the end can be melted slightly over a tealight to make it easier to thread with beads.

Print out a small picture and use the back plate of the key ring to outline it. Cut it out, insert the key ring and click the back plate into place.
