Macrame rainbow

Create a beautiful rainbow using macramé rope wrapped with macramé string. This rainbow is made with four arcs that are cut to size – it is wrapped in four different colours – and finally sewn together to create a hanging decoration.

Cut an 8.5 mm thick macramé rope into four different lengths: one that is 24 cm long, one that is 27 cm long, one that is 30 cm long, and one that is 33 cm long.

Sew the four arches with sewing thread and small invisible stitches – and sew them together one at a time. Put a hanging string in the middle of the large arch before sewing it together with the rest of the arches.
