Macramé Bag

Create your own bag with 4 mm of macramé nylon cord and easy basic knots. You start with the bottom of the bag and then macramé both sides around it. To make the handles, you divide the cord into four and then knot them together. For the handle of the bag, you cut extra cord to knot and wrap around the other cords. You will need a total of 60 m of macramé nylon cord.

Make the bag from the bottom up. Start by finding the centre of the 20 pieces of 2.20 m cord. Use a bamboo stick or similar tool to mark the bottom and place the 1.10 cm cords on each side of the stick.
