This professional quality firing clay is 100% natural and very malleable. It can be modelled, moulded, turned or sculpted using modelling tools. Once finished, the piece must be left to dry for 2 to 5 days before being fired in a ceramic kiln. Once dry, the creation can be painted, varnished, polished or carved. It can also be waterproofed to create non-food containers. The clay will keep for 2 years in its packaging, or indefinitely if wrapped in a damp cloth and placed in a well-sealed plastic bag.
