Elves for hanging made from pipe cleaners, pom-poms and bells

Make these small shiny elves for Christmas hanging decorations from pom-poms, compressed cotton heads, bells and a pipe cleaner shaped like an elf's hat. Thread all the parts onto a piece of silver thread using a needle.
