Create unique works of art with oil pastels. Learn how to create effects and combine oil pastels using transfer techniques. How to make it

Find an illustration you want to work with and hold it up against a window with the front facing the window. Use whichever colours you want, draw the lines on the back of the paper. The light from the window allows you to see the lines through the paper.

Once you have drawn the design with oil pastel on the back, find a blank piece of paper.

Now place the design with the coloured side down on the blank paper, as shown in the picture.

Once the entire design is drawn, carefully remove the paper. Your design has now been transferred.
