Collage eggs

Attach beautiful handmade paper onto eggs cut out from thick card using a glue stick. Use the small egg templates for making eggs to hang on a natural twig and use the large egg template for making eggs for a hanging window decoration.
How to do it Download the templates/recipes
1 Copy the egg template onto a piece of thick card (e.g. construction card or recycled card). Choose the size of the template and cut out. Here we have used the small template.
2 Attach the patterned paper onto the front of the card using a glue stick. Leave to dry for a while.
3 Trim the excess paper along the edge and repeat the decoration on the other side of the egg.
4 Once dry, make a hole using revolving punch pliers. Feed a string through the hole for hanging.
Another variant You may tear the handmade paper into strips prior to attaching.
Another variant This photo shows a decorated egg using the large template. Its size lends itself to work with several and larger pieces of paper.
