Angels made from Pine Cones

Make these angels with a pine cone body and large wooden beads for the head. The hair is made from untwisted natural twine and the wings are fabric wings or natural twine. Everything is glued together with a glue gun.

How to do it
1 Large angel: Glue a wooden bead onto the pine cone with a glue gun. Make a large loop for hanging, tie a knot and glue this on top of the wooden bead.
2 Cut a 12-14 cm piece of natural twine. Untwist the twine and tie a knot in the middle. Glue the twine on top of the wooden bead using a glue gun.
3 Make wings from natural twine by wrapping it around, for example a 12-14 cm wide piece of card. Tie a knot in the middle and glue onto the cone.
4 Small angels: Paint the pine cones with white Plus Color craft paint and sprinkle glitter over the wet paint. Leave the pine cones to dry.
5 Glue a wooden bead, hair, natural twine for hanging and small fabric wings onto the pine cone using a glue gun.
6 Tie a bow with decorative ribbon around the neck and draw the angel's facial features onto the wooden bead with a thin permanent marker.
