A painted Tray with Glass Mosaic

1 Paint the tray all over with white Plus Color craft paint. Apply two coats. Allow to dry between each coat.

2 Use a spatula to apply a thin layer of mosaic filler to the inside base of the tray. A TIP: As an alternative for attaching the small glass mosaic fragments in the mosaic filler, you may use Clear Multi Glue Gel.

3 Place the glass mosaic fragments in a pattern according to your imagination onto the prepared inside base of the tray, leaving a 2-3 mm space between each. Leave to dry for a minimum of 30 minutes.

4 Apply the mosaic filler over the tiled area working it into all the spaces using a spatula. Leave to dry for approx. 10 minutes.

5 Remove any excess mosaic filler with a damp sponge.

6 Rub the glass fragments using damp kitchen roll to clean thoroughly.
