A Collage Frame with Pulp

Prime the collage frame with white Plus Color Craft Paint. Make waves from pulp and paint with A-Color Metallic Paint. The wood veneer shapes have also been painted and glued on with A-color Allround medium glue lacquer.

How to do it

Paint the wood veneer shapes and the sky within the collage frame using A-Color Metallic Paint and let it dry completely.
