Horror and Terror - Blood and Creepy-Crawlies - Ghosts and Bats .... That is what Halloween is all about. Here are some templates for amusing hanging decorations which you can make from card, foam rubber, felt and many other materials. You may want to use fluorescent colours on the hanging decorations to make them light up the darkness, thus making them even more “creepy”.

Templates for the Shapes Print out the templates by selecting the link for the template.
Transfer the templates onto white foam rubber for the ghosts and black foam rubber for the bats. Cut out the area in the middle, to reveal the tissue paper through the holes.
Cut the from shapes from tissue paper. Glue the tissue paper onto the back of the shape, making it look slightly transparent in the areas where the foam rubber has been cut away.
This is how you do it 1) Cut out the templates from card.
2) Draw the shapes onto foam rubber.
3) Cut out the foam rubber shapes.
4) Draw the shapes onto tissue paper.
5) Glue the tissue paper onto the back of the shapes
6) Draw faces with white/black Poster Color Markers.
7) Decorate further using your imagination.
8) Attach a piece of sewing thread onto the shapes for hanging.
3 This is what you need:
Scissors, a pencil, foam rubber, tissue paper, marker pens as well as a piece of string for hanging.
