Decorate the small elastic figures with Plus Color craft paint and Plus Color markers. Cut little hats out of felt and glue them in place with Sticky Base.

Paint figure parts and surfaces with Plus Color craft paint and allow to dry completely. Then decorate with Plus Color marker. If you wish, you can move the body parts around so that all surfaces get some colour (except the head).
