Needle Felted Bunnies with Felt Ears and Foam Clay Eyes

Each bunny is made from carded wool, needle felted onto a polystyrene ball and egg. The felt ears are felted on and the Foam Clay eyes are pushed onto the head.

How to make it

Place the carded wool in wads onto the polystyrene ball and attach it securely by pushing the felting needle up and down.

Felt the feet and the tail from carded wool using a needle felting foam pad. You may print out and use the template available as a seperate pdf file for this idea.

Assemble the two needle felted parts (the head and body) using a shortened bamboo flower stick (6cm).

Felt the feet onto the bottom of the body, enabling the bunny to stand on its own. Also felt the tail onto the body.
